Jessica Klein is a painter and photographer from Southern NJ. Her passion to create dates back to her early childhood. It was a life-changing event that made Jessica decided to re-attend Burlington County College and further her education in Photography. Having to edit her work, she realized that she preferred a raw image to an edited image. As a prerequisite, Klein studied art 101. It wasn't until the end of the semester that she found intrigue: in the film, Pollock. She related her emotional state at times to that of Pollock's; and with that, she started to paint.
J. Klein specializes in working with canvas of a 3 by 9 size, sometimes mixing acrylic and wall paint with sand to create dimension and texture. These are table top pieces that are displayed on small easels. She has just begun to expand her art to larger canvases.
